Jane Snyder-Rauhauser
Jane Snyder-Rauhauser
Jane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut and is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania. She has 22 years of experience – approximately 10 years with a focus on back and neck care.
The transition from rehabilitation to Pilates was seamless and natural. “The two practices mesh very well together. A big difference for me is that my Pilates clients really enjoy coming to see me, and there’s a lot more laughing going on in the studio!”
Jane has been teaching Pilates since 1999. She completed over 450 hours of training in Mat Pilates, Standing Pilates and Pilates Equipment to earn her Certification through PhysicalMind Institute in Philadelphia, PA. She is also a Pilates Golf Conditioning Specialist, trained by Michael Wright through Michael Wright’s Golf Pilates out of Washington, D.C.
In February, 2004, Jane established ABSolute Pilates Inc. in Lancaster, PA. She has been working with men and women of all ages at her studio for general wellness, osteoporosis and sports-specific conditioning. She specializes in post-rehabilitative Pilates.
“I have seen Pilates change peoples’ lives. Clients with chronic pain become active again and some enjoy being pain free. Pilates offers a holistic approach to safe movement, proper alignment and quality of life. That’s what I love about Pilates.”
A continuing education enthusiast, Jane is currently studying with The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO where she will earn her second certification with Master Teachers Amy Taylor Alpers and Rachel Taylor Segel. Jane is also certified through Pilates Method Alliance.

Gina Heysek
Gina Heysek
Gina was first introduced to the Pilates Method as a student at the School of American Ballet, and was naturally drawn to Pilates. Her 600+ hour apprenticeship and her time teaching in NYC and Martha’s Vineyard have given her a genuine and contagious love of Pilates and a desire to spread the enjoyment and benefit to others. Gina received her Pilates certification in 2003 through the Pilates Studio of New York, Inc. Gina trained primarily with Master Teachers Romana Kryzanowska and Sari Meijo Santo as well as Teacher of Teachers Roxane Murata, through the Pilates Studio of Seattle and Portland Pilates Center before relocating to NYC.
Gina brings to her practice a sense of humor and adventure. The more you laugh, the more you use your abdominals.
Gina holds a B.A in Psychology from Columbia University. Her approach is to identify each client’s needs and to adapt the exercises to those needs in order to maximize results in a short time.
“I was hooked on Pilates after my first private session and knew I wanted to teach by my third. Pilates is exercise. What I enjoy is that it is a method of body conditioning which trains the mind and body to work together toward the goal of overall fitness. No more mindless repetitions. Welcome to precise Pilates.”
Haley Gibb
Haley is a California native, currently completing her B.S. in Sociology at Franklin & Marshall College and working toward a minor in Anthropology (2013). Her interest in Pilates began in 2006 after she underwent a brain and spinal cord surgery requiring intensive rehabilitaion. Most of her physical therapy sessions were spent on the Pilates reformer and she was intrigued by the rapid results. She learned about whole body movements and balanced muscled development and was hooked!
Haley completed her comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body during the summer of 2011 in Scottsdale, AZ under the direction of Katrina Foe. “Developing a more mindful approach to my physical fitness has increased my stamina, heightened my lifestyle conscienciousness and left me stronger than ever.” In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, TRX workouts, cooking and the beach.
Haley finds the best part of teaching Pilates comes from seeing her students build strength, balance and flexibility that they can take into their daily activities. Individualizing client sessions and maximizing body potential in safe and exhilirating ways leaves her clients smiling and enthusiastic about the impact Pilates has on their lives!
