“"I have been taking Pilates since 2003. Although I've always enjoyed it because of how it makes me feel and look, I had previously felt frustrated by my inability to do many exercises. In only six months, Jane has helped me reach a new level. I can honestly say that I look forward to every class. I enjoy the serenity of the studio, the variety that Jane incorporates into each class, her extensive knowledge, the individual attention that everyone in a group class receives, and her easygoing demeanor." |

"The core work has made a noted difference and I'm really feeling that connectedness in my swing. The posture work has given me enormous advantage in giving me the space to get my arms through properly. Since starting the golf Pilates I have more awareness of weight shift which is crucial in getting the momentum needed to power the ball." |
