WELCOME to the ABSolute Pilates Studio in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The “buzz” around town is that Pilates is a method of exercise that people of all ages and fitness levels can perform and enjoy, with the skilled instruction of a properly certified instructor. It’s true! Men, women, children and teens can all participate. You do not have to be strong and flexible to begin a program. But, be prepared to be inspired and amazed by the improvements you will see and feel in your own body when you dedicate yourself to a Pilates-based lifestyle.
Pilates will change the way you walk and sit and relax and breathe. It will change the way you think about your head, shoulders, knees AND toes. Pilates will give you a whole new awareness of your entire body And - if you didn’t already - you will learn to love EXERCISE! |
